Book shops, toy shops, tableware shops, florists, caterers, butchers, cheese shops... you will find countless opportunities to go shopping in Noisy-le-Grand.
The first shops in the town centre were in the former Grand’Rue, now rue Pierre Brossolette. In the past, there were cafés, tobacconists, cobblers, butchers, chemists, ironmongers, bakers, grocers and clothes shops....Nowadays you can take a leisurely stroll there every last Sunday in the month when it is set aside as a pedestrian area.
Do you prefer the atmosphere of the marketplace with its colourful stalls, noise, and activity? The stallholders boasting the merits of their wares: fruit, vegetables, meat or fish, cooked food from near and far, bouquets of flowers, or sewing items...make a detour by way of the market at Noisy-le-Grand and indulge yourself!
Shopaholic? Come and wander around the many shops in the Regional Shopping Centre of Les Arcades, a stone's throw from the town centre. Trendy ideas, cool buys! Come and be inspired!

Are you a bargain hunter, a collector, or just simply curious? Noisy-le-Grand invites you every month from 8:00 am to 6:00 pm to join us in the town centre covered market for its quality antiques sale!
Noisy brings together some thirty professional antiques dealers who are carefully selected and who have sometimes come from far afield - Meurthe-et-Moselle, Haute-Marne, Nièvre, Eure-et-Loir…. They sell earthenware, porcelain, glassware, furniture made from various types of wood, old postcards, coins, books and engravings, toys, cloth and lace, lamps etc. The list goes on! The feature that such a diversity of items have in common is that no copy or object which is less than thirty years old is on sale! These antiques also have another characteristic: prices adapted to every budget. Depending on what takes your fancy or what interests you, for a few euros you can end up delighted.
